We are so grateful to have taken part in an event where so much care, time and effort was placed into every detail, both for their customers and their traders. This really is a fantastic effort from so many people, and a really great way to support your local economy. DId you know you can add meat and veggie toppings to our classic raclette sandwich? This is our raclette sandwich, served on sourdough toasted bread, with cornichon pickles, silvered onions and an extra topping of serrano ham.
